No database policy can open another agency's rows. Every table carries an agency ID, row-level security checks it on every query, and our server functions are scoped to your agency.

No. SAI reads with the permissions of the person asking. If you can't see a record, neither can SAI, and it tells you instead of guessing.

No. AI runs on SmoothOS's own accounts and is included in your plan. Integration keys, such as your own storage, live in an encrypted vault and never appear in our code.

Sixty days after your subscription ends, your agency and its files are permanently deleted. A full self-serve export isn't available yet.
