Weekly client call
Kite asks for a new pricing page. It isn't in the signed proposal.

The scope check
Once the transcript is in, the meeting page shows a burgundy box: the quote, the speaker, the hours and the amount.
16:30
A draft, not an argument
You create a draft invoice from the box. Kite sees nothing until you issue it from Payments.
- 01Weekly callSchedule it with Google Meet or Zoom from SmoothOS.
- 02"One more page"The request is found in the transcript and compared with the accepted proposal and earlier meetings.
- 03Out of scopeThe careful model returns out of scope, a reason and the hours. Code sets the amount.
- 04Draft invoiceCreate a change-request draft. Issue it when you're ready. Until then, the client sees nothing.
THE SCOPE MOMENT
"While you're in there, can we add one more page?"
If the page isn't in the accepted proposal, SmoothOS flags it from the transcript with hours and an amount, and you decide whether to draft the invoice.
How Scope Shield worksNot yet. The recording bot is coming soon. Today, the check runs on transcripts delivered to SmoothOS's intake endpoint. Google Meet and Zoom connect for scheduling and time entries.
Then nothing is billed. The judge returns in scope with a reason. You can also mark any flagged request not billable.
Yes. Project budgets in minutes, money or both warn at 75% and 100%, and the Monday Brief compares effort with budget by person and project.
