As of October 2026: Gemini 3.6 Flash for long reading, Claude Sonnet 5.5 for money, scope and records, and Claude Haiku 5.5 for quick questions. Your agency can change each tier in Settings.
No. SAI runs on SmoothOS's own Anthropic and Google accounts, included in every plan as monthly AI credits. Settings, under Billing, shows how much is left. Only the self-hosted Community Edition brings its own keys.
It depends on the model and the length. Every call is logged with its real cost, and Settings shows your last 30 days. For scale, an average meeting analysis costs about 6 cents.
SAI doesn't guess. It reads with your permissions, so when it reaches data your role can't see, it tells you politely and stops there.
