NewNight Shift writes your Monday Brief
Once a week, at 8 pm in your agency's time zone on the day you choose, Night Shift reads effort, deadlines, money, meetings and drafts and writes a Monday Brief by rules in English, Turkish or Arabic. It waits on the dashboard with a Rewrite button, and its first scheduled run in production is still ahead.

NewInvoices for clients abroad: VAT exemption and the CBRT rate
Each new invoice now gets its VAT mode on its own: standard at home, export-exempt for businesses abroad with the Turkish 11/1-a note, or no tax if you haven't set a tax country. The TRY equivalent locks on the issue date at the last CBRT buying rate announced before it, can be entered by hand, and appears with the tax split on the proforma.

ImprovedReal AI prices and a new reading model
Every model call is now priced from a dated table checked against the providers' official price lists, so announced price changes apply on their own. Gemini 3.6 Flash is the default model for long reading such as meeting transcripts.

NewMove in from ClickUp, Asana or any CSV
A three-step wizard reads your export in the browser, maps columns, statuses, priorities and dates, and matches projects and people. Tasks come over in batches of 200, and one click undoes the whole import.

NewBrand memory learns from every no
When a client asks for a revision in the portal or a change on a social post, the note is saved to the brand's dossier as something to avoid. A confidence score now gates brand analysis: below three analyzed meetings or two completed projects, SAI declines without calling a model.

ImprovedMeeting analysis on two models
A fast model reads the whole transcript and pulls out the summary, decisions, actions and every client request. A stronger model then judges scope from those requests and the signed proposal alone, and isn't called at all when there are no requests.

NewOne page per meeting, and draft invoices
Each meeting now has a page with the scope check, summary, decisions, draft action items and transcript. Create draft invoice turns a scope alert into a draft your client can't see, with no email, proforma or reminder until you issue it.

ImprovedOne assistant: SAI
The inherited assistant is gone, and SAI is the only assistant in SmoothOS, opened with Cmd+J on every admin page. Its writing rules, provider test and model settings now live in SAI's model tiers.

NewSAI answers with your data and your permissions
SAI reads with the asking person's own permissions, knows the record on screen and routes each question to an operator, finance, delivery, brand or growth agent. It answers in the user's language through an API that the web app shares with the mobile app planned for later.

NewMeeting intelligence
From a speaker-labeled transcript, SAI writes a summary, decisions and draft tasks, and checks client requests against the signed proposal. Transcripts arrive through an intake endpoint today; the recording bot that joins your calls is coming soon.

NewRetainer hour packs
Retainers now run as monthly or quarterly hour packs, with rollover up to a cap and alerts at 80% and 100%. Hours past the pack are invoiced at the overage rate, and clients see their balance in the portal.

NewTime tracking with approvals and budgets
A server-side timer keeps running when the tab closes, and time moves from draft to submitted, approved and invoiced, with rates per person, project and agency. Project budgets warn at 75% and 100%, and some timesheet and approval screens are still being finished.

NewMeetings, calendars and public booking
Connect Google Calendar and Meet or Zoom, create meetings with links, and publish booking pages that handle daylight saving time correctly. Finished meetings suggest a time entry to the people who attended.

NewPlans, billing and plan limits
Plans and subscriptions arrive through Lemon Squeezy, with limits enforced in the database and an upgrade prompt when one is reached. When a subscription ends, the agency and its files are permanently deleted 60 days later.

NewYour domain, your brand, your storage
Every agency gets a subdomain and can connect its own domain, set its logo and colors, and send email from its own sending domain. Files can live on the platform's R2, your own S3-compatible storage or Supabase Storage, always through signed links.

NewEvery agency isolated in the database
Each agency is its own tenant: every table carries its agency ID and every query is checked by row-level security. Secrets live in a vault, webhooks are processed only once, and every change runs schema audits, secret scanning and smoke tests.
