01
Upload
Drop a ClickUp, Asana, CSV or JSON export, up to 10 MB and 5,000 rows. It's read in your browser.
02
Map
SmoothOS recognizes the source, maps the columns and converts statuses, priorities and dates. Check the first five rows.
03
Import
Tasks move over in batches of 200 with a progress bar. Rows without a matching project go to a default project you pick.
04
Undo, if you like
Changed your mind? Undo the whole import in one click.
ClickUp, Asana, any CSV
Recognizes ClickUp, Asana and plain tables with Turkish headers. Any CSV or JSON export works.
Read in your browser
The file is parsed in your browser. Only the tasks are sent to SmoothOS.
Values that make sense
Statuses, ClickUp's numbered priorities and every date format are converted for you.
People and projects matched
Projects match by name, people by email or name. Anything unmatched is counted before you import.
Sealed to your agency
Every row is written with your permissions and sealed to your agency. An agency ID inside the file is ignored.
One-click undo
Every import can be undone in one click.
What it won't do
Today it imports tasks only. Projects, clients and subtasks don't come over yet. It never writes a row into another agency's workspace.

SAI
An assistant that knows what's on your screen, and only what you're allowed to see.
Press Cmd+J on any page. SAI picks the right specialist, uses your permissions and answers in your language.

MONDAY BRIEF
The night shift that never asks for overtime.
Every Sunday at 8 pm, SmoothOS writes your agency's week in plain language: effort, deadlines, money, open scope and what needs your approval.
ExploreTasks, from ClickUp, Asana or any CSV or JSON export, up to 10 MB and 5,000 rows. Projects, clients and subtasks aren't part of the import yet.
No. The file is read in your browser. Only the tasks are sent, and each row is written with your own permissions.
SmoothOS counts what didn't match and previews the first five rows before anything is imported. Rows without a matching project go to a default project you choose.
Yes. One click undoes the whole import.
