THE SCOPE MOMENT
"Could you also adapt the campaign for our German market?"
If it comes up in a meeting and isn't in the signed proposal, SmoothOS drafts the invoice, and the export-exempt treatment is set when you issue it.
How Scope Shield worksPartly. The VAT modes work for any agency that sets its tax country. The exemption note quotes Turkish VAT law 3065, article 11/1-a, and the locked rate comes from the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye.
The last Central Bank buying rate announced before the issue date, so a Monday invoice takes Friday's rate. It locks when you issue, never while the invoice is a draft. You can also enter a rate by hand.
No. SmoothOS calculates and documents: it sets the VAT mode, adds the exemption note and locks the rate. Your accountant stays in charge.
