There is no dedicated Productive importer yet. SmoothOS reads any CSV or JSON task export up to 10 MB and 5,000 rows, so if you can export your tasks from Productive to a CSV, you can map the columns and bring them over. Budgets, time entries and invoices stay behind for now, and one click undoes the import.

Not at the same depth. SmoothOS has budgets in minutes or money with alerts at 75% and 100%, rates per person, project or agency, and retainer hour packs. Productive's scheduling and forecasting go further.

Budget tracking shows overruns once hours are logged. SmoothOS reads a meeting transcript, compares each client request with the accepted proposal and offers a draft invoice before the work starts. It needs a transcript today, as the recording bot is coming soon.

Clients use a portal under your name and domain. Plans carry user limits today, so check the current plan details when you join early access.
