SmoothOS prices are list prices in US dollars. Extra meeting hours are $4 each and extra storage is $5 per 100 GB a month. Plans carry user limits today (Studio 3, Agency 10, Scale 50). Founding 100 agencies keep 30% off for life. ClickUp: Business plan at $17 per user a month billed yearly (regular price $25), as listed on clickup.com/pricing on 2026-10-19. The same page also still shows an older plan set (Business at $12 billed yearly or $19 billed monthly), and ClickUp says its new plans are rolling out to some Workspaces first. AI add-ons are separate: Brain AI $9 and Everything AI $28 per user a month. Guests and read-only clients have their own limits per plan.

Yes. Export a CSV from ClickUp and drop it into the import wizard. Tasks come over with statuses, priorities, dates and assignees matched where possible. Projects, clients and subtasks aren't part of the import yet.
Not fully yet. SmoothOS analyzes speaker-labeled transcripts delivered to it and turns them into a summary, decisions, draft tasks and a scope check. The recording bot that joins your calls is coming soon.
It depends on your team and your meetings. ClickUp charges per user and sells AI as an add-on. SmoothOS charges a flat plan set by meeting hours and storage, and each plan has a user limit today. The examples above show both for 10 and 20 people.
